Responsibility
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process and verify invoices, payments, and expense claims to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Maintain and organize financial records, documents, and files in both digital and physical formats.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documents as required by local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Perform ad-hoc financial tasks and analyses as assigned by the finance manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and records.
- Basic understanding of financial principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
