Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, statements, and budgets.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and company policies.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
