Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of collateral units, including taking photographs and creating stencil reports.
- Perform neighborhood checks to verify the residence and business addresses of clients.
- Ensure all documentation and reports are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify client information and assess creditworthiness.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all inspections and client interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements in all financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
