Responsibility
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions promptly.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with accounting and treasury teams to optimize cash flow management.
- Maintain and update financial databases and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations, with a focus on bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations is a plus.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, CFA) is advantageous.
