Responsibility
- Lead and manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Mentor and train finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within a multinational or fast-growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with local Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance (preferred but not mandatory).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
