Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, taxes, and statutory deductions.
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile bank statements to maintain financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
- Monitor cash flow, expense management, and cost-control initiatives.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
