Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and reporting standards.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus but not required.
