Responsibility
- Manage daily financial operations and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping.
- Handle end-to-end reimbursement processes for employees and departments.
- Coordinate tax-related activities and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain ledger integrity.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking management regarding financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal analysis.
- Assist the finance team in monthly and annual closing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment.
