Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and business growth.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
- Drive process improvements in financial systems, controls, and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational and commercial strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost-benefit evaluations, and KPI tracking.
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors and advisors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local Indonesian financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Experience working in multinational or fast-growing companies is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
