Responsibility
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions, project evaluations, and strategic planning.
- Conduct in-depth feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects and business initiatives.
- Perform profitability analysis and financial forecasting to assess project viability and long-term growth potential.
- Review and optimize pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness and revenue generation.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational and strategic objectives.
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and industry benchmarks to identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or corporate finance, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, SAP, or Hyperion).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Experience in project finance, capital budgeting, and investment appraisal techniques (NPV, IRR, payback period).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
