Responsibility
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and drive performance improvements.
- Manage SAP FI/CO modules, ensuring system integrity and optimizing financial processes.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, with a strong background in FP&A and SAP FI/CO.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in management accounting, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in SAP FI/CO and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
