Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze cost expenditures to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to management with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement cost-control measures and budgets.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes to support long-term financial planning.
- Evaluate vendor contracts and negotiate terms to optimize cost efficiency.
- Track project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or accounting.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws is a plus.
