Responsibility
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in chemical/fertilizer manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with the headquarters and proficient in English for business communication.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
