Responsibility
- Lead and oversee regional fund reporting for APAC markets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global standards.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to streamline financial processes and enhance fund performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual fund statements.
- Monitor and analyze fund performance, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and investment objectives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or investment management.
- Strong knowledge of APAC financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Proven experience in managing financial operations for multinational corporations or investment firms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Bloomberg).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
