Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to align with DHL Supply Chainâs business objectives in Bali.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management to drive cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, HR) to align financial goals with operational execution.
- Drive process improvements in financial systems, automation, and controls to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
- Ensure tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and transfer pricing, while liaising with external auditors and advisors.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within logistics, supply chain, or multinational corporations.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting (FP&A) with advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, IFRS, and GAAP with experience in a regulated environment.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global mindset and cultural adaptability.
