Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow and profitability.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
- Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
