Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
- Manage audit processes, including liaison with external auditors and preparation of audit schedules.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in full-set accounting, financial reporting, and management accounts preparation.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly.
- Experience working in multinational companies or diverse cultural environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
