Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key financial metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory reports.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
