Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this role offers a competitive salary of RM 7,500 β RM 10,000 per month and the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and cost efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk assessments.
- Oversee tax planning, filings, and audits in coordination with external advisors.
- Drive process improvements and automation in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local financial regulations.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
