Responsibility
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Support the accounting team with daily bookkeeping, data entry, and reconciliation tasks.
- Help process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct basic financial research and market analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify financial data.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures under supervision.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Prior internship or coursework in finance/accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is advantageous.
