Responsibility
- Assist the Finance Department in daily financial and administrative tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under supervision.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management, including monitoring expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for decision-making.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Conduct basic financial analysis to support forecasting and strategic planning initiatives.
- Assist in audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries from internal or external auditors.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
