Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct manufacturing costing analysis to support pricing strategies and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in tax filings and audits.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data and provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong understanding of full-set accounts and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with manufacturing costing and inventory valuation is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
