Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the electronic invoicing system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare, verify, and submit Sales & Service Tax (SST) returns in accordance with local and international tax laws.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations, to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial controls and reduce risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax compliance, with a focus on electronic invoicing and SST.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and experience with tax filing systems.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
