Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, manage treasury functions, and optimize working capital.
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth and cost optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a technology or multinational company.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling is highly desirable.
