Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance for Indonesian and international operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend financial best practices.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong relationships.
- Utilize ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) to maintain organized and accessible financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Proficient in financial software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and financial compliance in Indonesia and/or Malaysia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with audit support, financial modeling, or FP&A is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
