Responsibility

  • Conduct timely and professional collections from customers within assigned territories in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Monitor and track overdue accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or in-person visits to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and customer service, to address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to collections and customer interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers, fostering positive relationships while achieving collection targets.
  • Utilize collection software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet collection targets.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts, including payment terms, interest calculations, and account reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience using collection or CRM software is a plus.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Ability to travel within Bali as required to meet with customers and conduct collections.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
