Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are recorded correctly.
- Support payroll processing, including verification of timesheets and calculation of deductions.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring adherence to local regulations and deadlines.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve them efficiently.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing insights on financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (internships included).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local tax laws and financial regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
