Responsibility
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies to support smooth operations.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure consistency and identify discrepancies for resolution.
- Support the finance team in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial forecasting to aid strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate seamless communication and compliance.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial and administrative documents to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Assist in payroll processing, tax filings, and other compliance-related tasks to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or SME environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic workplace.
