Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, tax filings, and other statutory obligations.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address findings.
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Implement and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and ethical handling of sensitive financial information.
