Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of full-set accounts, including AP, AR, and GL entries.
- Support cash management activities, including reconciliations and liquidity forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor and manage credit control processes, including customer invoicing and collections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure audit readiness.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, or local accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
