Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and submit SSG Training Partners Gateway (TPG) claims accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, policies, and procedural requirements.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and data for claims processing.
- Monitor and track the status of submitted claims, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and compliance with standards.
- Provide support during external audits and ensure all documentation is audit-ready.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or compliance roles, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Proven experience with SSG TPG claims processing or similar government funding schemes.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or other relevant accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
