Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and manage the aging of receivables to ensure timely collections and minimize outstanding balances.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce delinquencies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and present regular reports on receivables status, collection performance, and cash flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the accounts receivable team, providing guidance and training to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize working capital and support financial planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
