Responsibility
- Process and verify timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and distribute payroll on a timely basis.
- Maintain and update employee records and payroll information.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and summaries.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries related to payroll.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
- Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
