Responsibility
- Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, approval, and payment processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of vendor statements and financial records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance with local and international financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to optimize financial performance.
- Provide support for audits and financial reviews as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial controls.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is advantageous but not required.
