Responsibility
- Lead the finance digitization and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee PFRS controllership and ensure compliance with BIR regulations.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team to achieve organizational financial goals.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, taxes, and other financial obligations.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proven experience in managing finance digitization and automation projects.
- Strong knowledge of PFRS and BIR compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
