Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and submission of accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
- Oversee internal and external audit processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial reporting policies and procedures to enhance transparency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Travel internationally (2-3 times/year) to liaise with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor changes in financial regulations and proactively adapt reporting frameworks.
- Mentor finance teams to uphold best practices in audit and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA certification required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial reporting, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in IFRS/GAAP and audit regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global teams and regulators.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
