Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Assist in tax preparation, filing, and compliance with relevant authorities.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth and optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus.
