Responsibility
- Manage and process client billing cycles accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all billing activities.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and project teams to align billing processes with business objectives.
- Maintain and update billing records and financial databases.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, financial operations, or accounting.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Deltek solutions).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience with project-based billing is a plus.
