Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage audits, tax filings, and financial statements in accordance with company policies.
- Implement and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Experience in property management or real estate finance is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
