Responsibility
- Assist the Auto Debit department in processing daily transactions, including verification, reconciliation, and error resolution.
- Monitor and track auto-debit failures, coordinating with banks and customers to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of payment activities, discrepancies, and follow-up actions in financial systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Sales) to address payment-related inquiries and improve process efficiency.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on auto-debit performance, highlighting trends, issues, and recommendations.
- Support the implementation of new payment technologies or system upgrades to enhance auto-debit functionality.
- Conduct data entry and validation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on financial best practices and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial principles, payment systems, or credit management (coursework or prior internships preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with financial software or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Prior experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or customer service is advantageous but not required.
