Responsibility
- Prepare and submit accurate statutory financial reports in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and compliance.
- Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Liaise with tax authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
