Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Conduct financial audits and reconcile accounts to maintain data integrity and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Support tax compliance and filing, working closely with external auditors and advisors as needed.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance and investment opportunities.
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
