Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local and corporate standards.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expenses, and payroll.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
- Implement and improve financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local Indonesian systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
