Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for data center projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Oversee contract administration, including negotiation, compliance monitoring, and risk assessment for data center solutions.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and project teams to streamline contract execution and mitigate financial or operational risks.
- Develop and implement financial models to evaluate project profitability, cost efficiency, and ROI for data center initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in finance and contract management.
- Act as a liaison between finance, operations, and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and optimize contract performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and proposing innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, contract management, or a related role, with exposure to data center, real estate, or technology sectors.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and contract administration, with a strong understanding of legal and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling tools; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to complex financial and contractual challenges.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high standards of collaboration and accountability.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
