Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities, and utility systems to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including HVAC servicing, plumbing repairs, electrical system checks, and structural upkeep.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain building systems, such as lighting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices within the properties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that require lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
