Responsibility
- Lead and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and government agencies to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research to inform project decisions.
- Oversee the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Drive innovation and sustainability in project design and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development or project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale development projects.
- Strong understanding of local regulations and permitting processes in Bali.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
