Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support business growth and financial stability.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including office management, vendor coordination, and document control.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in audits as required.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and administrative projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or administration roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
