Responsibility

  • Manage and reconcile client financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, tax filings, and other statutory obligations.
  • Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional client service by addressing financial inquiries and delivering insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software; advanced Excel skills required.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, or local accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a remote or international team is highly desirable.
