Responsibility
- Process and record daily financial transactions accurately in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are up-to-date and error-free.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data reporting.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.
- Support tax compliance by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with external auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local Indonesian systems).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
