Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and drive profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
